bet365 review
8.6/10By Priya Natarajan · not yet hands-on tested
Quick verdict
The world's biggest bookmaker, playing a deliberately small American game. Where it operates, it brings the best live-betting product on the market, consistently competitive prices, and international depth no domestic book attempts — at the cost of a limited state footprint and no loyalty program.

Our experience
This review is built from the published record and market data rather than heavy first-hand use — bet365's footprint has only recently reached the states where we bet. The record is unusually consistent, which itself says something.
Odds & pricing
Among the best-priced regulated books in America: reviewers repeatedly find bet365 matching or beating the majors on mainlines, no analyst accuses it of running heavy hold, and the daily odds boosts come with fewer conditions than the domestic norm. Price is a genuine reason to bet here.
Betting markets
Two different answers. On American props, the menu is thinner than the majors — one 2026 comparison counted roughly 40 NFL props per game against 100+ at DraftKings. On the rest of the world, nothing domestic competes: soccer leagues at every tier, tennis, cricket, rugby, all priced with house expertise.
Live betting
The best in the market, and it isn't particularly close outside FanDuel: fast repricing, deep in-play menus that survive into the game, and integrated streaming on a wide slate. This is the product the domestic books have been imitating for a decade.
App & website
Clean and well organized in most reviews, with the caveat that the interface and terminology feel imported — bet types and layout follow the global product's conventions. Occasional peak-time stability complaints appear in user reviews.
Deposits & withdrawals
Fast by reputation: e-wallet and debit withdrawals in one to four hours per payment-method trackers, with bank rails up to five days at worst. No systematic US payout complaints in the current record.
Promotions
Frequent and unusually clean — daily boosts without the playthrough mazes competitors favor, plus a straightforward welcome offer. The absence of a loyalty program is partially offset by the steady drip of usable offers.
Rewards
None — the most-cited negative in every review, and a fair one. bet365 competes on price and product instead.
Customer support
Standard live chat and email; support is not a running complaint theme in US coverage. The global caveat worth knowing: bet365 is internationally well documented for restricting consistently successful accounts — stake cuts rather than bans — and while US-specific reports are thinner, the reputation attaches.
Final verdict
An 8.6 that's really a scoping question: if bet365 operates in your state and your betting overlaps its strengths — live, international, straight price — it may be the best single book available to you. Its US expansion is deliberate (West Virginia in August 2026, a $135M Denver headquarters, Massachusetts application reopened), so the footprint objection is shrinking by the quarter.
Use bet365 if
Live bettors above all — the in-play product and integrated streaming are the category standard. Also soccer, tennis and international-sport bettors, and price shoppers who want a consistently fair number with no-strings daily boosts.
Look elsewhere if
Bettors outside its state footprint (roughly a dozen-plus states and growing — counts vary by source and month); US prop specialists, who'll find deeper menus at DraftKings; anyone who wants rewards for volume.
